Do NOT install both Box Sync and Box drive.Windows: Box Sync requires Internet Explorer and is not supported on external, virtual or network drives. Your synced files are stored in a new folder called Box Sync.Click Use Single Sign On (SSO) to log in.Follow the onscreen installation instructions.Log in with your Andrew userID and password. Download the Box Sync app from the Available Box Apps page.The prompts will repeat until you've removed Box Sync from your machine. When you launch Box Drive, you will be prompted to begin the uninstall process. The latest verions of Box Drive include a Box Sync uninstaller. To view or retrieve an older version, log into, locate the file and click the blue V# icon under the file’s name.īox Sync and Box Drive cannot be used on the same computer. The Box Sync folder is created on your desktop when you install the app. The Box Sync app is designed to access Box files offline, or as part of a backup procedure.
